You can return any items purchased in our store within 30 days.

Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to offer a refund in a form of a store credit voucher, minus the shipping costs.

 

REFUND PROCESS:

1. Drop us a message via Contact Form

2. Receive a return address from us

3. *We may additionally request a picture of the product you want to return, especially in case of unexpected quality issues

4. Send your item back to us. We strongly recommend using a registered post

5. Once we receive your parcel and process the refund accordingly, we will issue a store credit voucher to you via the email provided in the Contact Form

 

NOTE: All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, otherwise we may reserve the right to reject the refund.
